Welcome to your tiny house at the beach. This one bedroom cottage is yours alone, along with your summer neighbors in The Greenlands. One bedroom will accommodate a full or queen bed, cute-as-a-button kitchen with 2 stool, breakfast bar, and living area for relaxing out of the sun. With 3/4 bath and outside storage closet for beach toys you have all you need for 3 season oceanside fun. Walk up the street to your beach access at Plaice Cove, just a hop from North Beach and nearby North Hampton State Park and Hampton Beach. Allotted space for two cars, plus visitor parking. Rules and regulations insure little turnover (no rentals permitted in the Greenlands) no pets and quiet hours from 11pm to 9am. The land is leased. Seasonal water from mid May to mid or late October, weather permitting. Summer activities are offered to residents at the community building. Walk the beaches, sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. This is your little, care free get-away spot.
